Gyuto

Gyuto 牛刀 is a common name for traditional Japanese chef knife. Normally the blade length are between 210 mm (8 inches) to 240 mm (9 inches). Gyuto 牛刀 is suitable for all kinds of cuts including meats, vegetables, spices and herbs. It can be used as a fish fillet tool. Gyuto 牛刀 comes with 2 bevels blade mean the both sides of the blade has same angel of slope, making it more user-friendly than single bevel blade.
